The warehouse is set to launch in January 2025 and has been approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The company is founded by three partners – Managing Partner S. Palanivelu who has a Master’s degree in Arts and Bachelor’s degree in Law, P.S. Selvaraj who has a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and Partner N. Rajendran, who has a Master’s degree in Arts. Altogether, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of logistics and warehousing. The Gem Warehousing Park is spread over 1,65,000 square feet of land and is equipped with modern facilities to ensure efficient storage and handling of goods. The feature of the park has two warehouses and up to 50 owned trucks for transportation. Gem Warehousing Park mainly caters to the needs of Farmers and the Government of India, TN warehouses, Central warehouses and multinational companies. However, they also provide services to various other industries such as food, pharmacy, e-commerce, hardware, etc.
